DELIVERY CHARGES
We provide simplified delivery charges for your convenience. As well as Click and Collect for free.
We offer a flat delivery rate for all orders which amount to less than R450.00 (after promotional vouchers have been deducted) to anywhere in the Republic South Africa.
All South Africa orders above R450.00 are subject to “Free Delivery” unless otherwise stated. Where “Free Delivery” is offered, no delivery charges will be for your account.
SkiNcolab will not be held liable for charges or fees involved in amending incomplete/invalid/incorrect information
All international orders (for delivery outside of the Republic of South Africa), once dispatched from our premises, are non-returnable, and non-refundable due to their permanent export status once the parcel leaves the borders of South Africa. All international shipping, processing, and handling charges are for the purchaser’s account, including any import duties and taxes exercised by your country of import.
Skincolab will not be liable for carrying the costs of transport or applicable taxes, and will never quote indicatively on import duties due to their varying nature from territory to territory. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all relevant waybill delivery details are correct, including names, delivery addresses, and other relevant contact information that is required for the import of the goods into their country.
OUR DELIVERY PROCESS
After your order has been completed at checkout and receipt of payment, , your order will be processed, dispatched and our courier partners will collect your order for delivery, as per your delivery instructions. Please allow up to seven (7) – ten (10) business days for your order to be delivered, after it has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
Once your order has left SkiNcolab, you will receive an sms or email with the delivery details from our courier partner.
Changes to the delivery process have been made and contactless delivery will be available to limit the potential spread of Covid-19 in line with current guidelines on social distancing and the avoidance of close contact. You do not personally have to sign for the delivery, as long as someone can accept the delivery on your behalf. However, if no one is available to accept the delivery, a second attempt to deliver your order will be made the next available business day. If the second delivery attempt fails, your order will be returned to SkiNcolab and we will contact you to arrange new delivery instructions – please note that in this instance any additional delivery charges will be for your account unless otherwise stated.
If you request delivery to a residential complex or estate or to a business park, please include any special delivery instructions in the ‘special instructions’ section at the checkout. This may include access codes or if we should leave your parcel with security.
We do not deliver to Post-Offices. We will be in contact with You to arrange an alternative address should you submit a post office address for delivery.
DELIVERY TIMES & GENERAL INFORMATION
Delivery times may vary depending on the product(s), and your delivery location. Please allow up to seven (7) – ten (10) business days for your order to be delivered, after it has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. This delivery time is a general guideline; however, in certain situations deliveries may take longer due to your delivery location or key promotional periods such as the website launch, Black Friday and Christmas.
Orders are delivered during office/business hours, Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
We do not offer express delivery.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry and additional delivery charges will be for your account unless otherwise stated.
TRACKING YOUR ORDERS
Once your order has been processed and dispatched from SkiNcolab, you will receive a sms or email with the shipping details from our courier partner.
Once our courier partner notifies you that they have your parcel, you can track your order by going to our courier partners’ website, click the ‘track it’ icon and enter your waybill number.
