Registering on SkiNcolab is super easy.

Simply click on Profile and fill in your details under register. Submit your details which will automatically send an email to you to set up your password and activate your account.

Simply click on Profile and select ‘forgot password?’. Fill in the necessary information and an e-mail will be sent to reset your password.

Login in to your account, your dashboard will appear, click on ‘account details’, change your e-mail address and press ‘save changes”. You will receive an email to confirm the change of your password. If you have requested the change ignore the email, if you have not requested the change you can send an email to [email protected]

There are two ways that you can unsubscribe from our newsletters.

When you receive an e-mail from us, click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email and you will be removed from our mailer database, or

You can log into your account and click on ‘account details’ and untick the box to subscribe to newsletter.

You can simply sign up to our newsletter on the bottom of any page or you can log into your account click ‘account details’ and select the tick box to Subscribe to newsletter and save changes.

Send an email request to [email protected] to remove you from the database and one of our friendly consultants at SkiNcolab will remove you from our customer account database..

No you can’t, however we advise that you register an account so that you can easily track your order, view order history and for ease of checkout.


Its an easy process when you are shopping on SkiNcolab:

1. Simply find your suitable skincare products you wish to buy, 

2. Add to cart

3. Checkout

4. Make payment via Payfast or Payflex

5. Get delivery of your skincare products to your door

If you have paid already, your order can’t be cancelled and your items can only be returned to us after they’ve been delivered. You can do this by following our returns process, as long as your order falls within our Returns Policy .

We currently do not accept orders over the phone, however, you are welcome to email us at [email protected] should you need any help or assistance to place an order.

Once your order has left SkiNcolab, you will receive an sms or email with the delivery details from our courier partner. You will be able to track you order from the sms or e-mail.

It’s not possible to add or remove items from an order once you’ve received your payment confirmation.

Items can be returned to us after your order has been delivered by following our returns process, as long as your order falls within our Returns Policy.

If you’d like to buy additional items you can place a new order.


Payfast – you can make use of the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard card, Instant-EFT, SnapScan or Zapper.

Payflex – they offer you the convenience of an interest free payment plan.

Payflex is an interest-free payment plan available at checkout. 

All you need is your ID number to confirm eligibility. If you qualify, Payflex will charge your debit or credit card 25% of the purchase price immediately and the balance over 6 weeks until paid in full – with 0% interest.

You can use any Visa, Mastercard or American Express card.

Your credit card will be charged immediately after the successful placing of your order and the approval of your card via an OPT pin. If there are any problems with placing your order please send an email to [email protected] and one of our consultants will gladly assist.


We only offer Standard delivery which is FREE for all orders above R450 or more (excluding shipping) If your order is below R450 you will be charged a flat rate of R100 for delivery. 

Our standard delivery option can take 3 to 10 working days to get your order delivered to your door. It depends on your area that you reside in. You can refer to our delivery policy for more details.

It’s not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order, so please always double check that your address details are correct at checkout. However, if the order has not been dispatched with our courier partner we may be able to assist you if you send an email to [email protected]

To change your delivery address permanently for future orders, you can update your ‘Addresses’ under your profile.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to select a specific day for your delivery. But we are committed to getting your skincare products delivered to your door as quick as possible.

Returns & Refunds

Yes you can return your product it it is within our returns policy. You can refer to our policy by clicking here. 

If we accidentally delivered the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the website, please notify us within 10 working days by following the returns policy and we will collect the product from you at no charge.

If you have changed your mind and would like to return an unwanted product, note that these items can only be returned if they are in the original product packaging with all seals intact, including labels and stickers.

A refund will only be processed after your item has been received and evaluated by our returns team. Once your item has been evaluated, the refund process is dependent on the order’s original payment method which can take up to 14 working days to reflect in your account.

SkiNcolab discount codes

Promo codes have specific terms and conditions regulating when and how they may be used, such as minimum spend, qualifying product purchases and the expiry date.
Please make sure that you meet all these requirements when trying to redeem your coupon code in the Promo Code box at checkout.
Also check that you are adding the correct Promo Code.

Unfortunately, you can only use 1 Promo Code for each shopping basket.

No, unless stated otherwise. Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other code or promotion.
